WHO WE ARE
The Advance Group Inc. consists of three time wear companies, Fada/Geneva, Freestyle and Advance Watch and Clocks.  Each company has its own unique strengths in product and market positioning. All of our companies are structured to maximize sales potential by each brand category.  Freestyle, located in Ventura, California, known for their high quality standards of sport and action time wear, is a leading brand sold in sporting goods and sport specialty stores throughout the United States.  Advance, located in Warren, Michigan, is among the largest marketers of private label watches in the mass market.  Advance is a major manufacturer of tabletop and wall clocks.  Our wholly owned China factory is one of the premier companies in the manufacture of digital and analog watches. Fada Industries, headquartered in Long Island City, New York, is a leading marketer of licensed brand watches.  In addition, our Stylus Pen Company manufactures numerous licensed pen brands. The Advance Group companies have experienced significant growth through the ongoing development of new watch brands, the acquisition of successful licensing agreements, as well as the expansion of diverse channels of distribution, both domestically and internationally.
 
Our products
Product from all of our companies is readily available throughout the United States in leading department and specialty stores including Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Nordstrom’s, Dillards and in major mass and mid-tier merchandisers including, JC Penny, Sears, K-Mart, Wal-Mart and Target.  The Kenneth Cole brand is sold through its Geneva watch division.  Kenneth Cole watches, known for their originality in design and quality, have been a great success in department stores throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia.  A team of product development specialists, graphic designers and marketing/sales professionals target each brand to a specific distribution channel, thus gaining placement through a brand network of retail management relationships.

Each brand is organized as a distinct business unit, with its own design, marketing and sales team.  Each product line is designed specially for each brand, incorporating original packaging, display and watch designs.  Watch specifications are set to achieve targeted retail price points, and sourcing can be done in Switzerland and or the Far East, depending upon marketing objectives.
 
licensing
A pioneer in watch licensing, the company is pro-active in the acquisition of new properties.  The newest licenses, BCBG, Skechers, and Felix the Cat have recently been added to the company’s strong watch licensing program.  In addition, we produce private label brands and continue to increase our market share. 
 
our Showrooms
Our new showrooms, located in the heart of Manhattan’s fashion accessories district at 390 5th Avenue, are integral to our sales programs.  The showrooms are the center of activity during the six important market weeks each year and are used for sales and public relations appointments between market weeks and trade shows.
 
We introduce new products for key selling seasons.  In addition to market weeks, the company exhibits at the industry’s most important trade shows including JCK (Las Vegas), Premium/Incentives shows (Chicago and New York), Magic (Las Vegas), NSGA (Chicago), and targeted regional shows.

Our in-house design departments work closely with senior management and product/brand managers to create innovative styles.  Of primary importance is our commitment to quality and the production of watches that offer retailers high profit margins, strong sell – through, which results in loyal consumers.  We are committed to favorable partnering arrangements, excellent customer service, appropriate marketing support, eye-catching packaging, displays and co-op advertising.

We have been honored with special awards and recognition’s, Target – “ Vendor of the Year” (1989-2001, 2003), Wal-Mart’s – “Vendor of the Year” (1995, 2003), Sparc Award From Discount Store News (1993,2001), K-Mart’s - “Vendor of the Year” (1999), Kenneth Cole – “Licensing of the Year” (1998), and Avon – “Vendor of the Year” (1998).
