What is covered by the warranty?
All our timepieces come with a limited warranty. The warranty excludes
normal wear and tear or abuse, batteries, crystals, watch case plating
and bracelet/strap/band. Movements are warrantied and will be repaired
or replaced at no charge. See schedule by brand to determine the
time that your warranty is valid.

To ensure that your watch is
repaired to your satisfaction and returned to you in a timely manner,
please handle as follows:
Securely pack your watch and send it to us via insured mail, United
Parcel Service, or Federal Express. If you use a pack and ship service
(i.e., Mailboxes, etc.) please be sure to include your name, address,
and telephone number. We cannot be responsible for empty packages.
If your package arrives empty, we wil return it to you so that you
may put in a claim with the carrier. Only the shipper can place
a claim.
What should be included with my request
for a repair?
Please include the following information with your watch:
- A brief description of the problem
- The model number of your watch. To identify your model number,
please look on the reverse side of the watch case. Model numbers
are engraved along with battery numbers. Battery numbers are those
that begin with the letter V or SR.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, Mastercard/Visa account
number with the expiration date, personal check or money order
Where can I find an instruction manual for my watch?
You can download or view the manual for your watch by clicking on the brand below. For other watches, please call the customer service number at the top of this page.
Can I order replacement parts for my watch?
Replacement parts may be ordered for most
watches. To find out if a part is available, as well as the cost,
please view the replacement
part price list.
HOW Do I ORDER REPLACEMENT PARTS?
To order replacement parts, you may do one
of the following:

Be sure to include your name, address,
telephone number, the brand and style number of the watch, a Mastercard/Visa
number with the expiration date, personal check or money order.

Part Order Form and either email it to us or print a copy

Can I get a longer leather strap?
We only carry replacement straps that are
of the same length as the one that was originally designed for a
particular style. If you need an extra long stap we would suggest
you check with your local retailer.
What is the turnaround time on repairs?
Typically, you should expect to receive your
repaired watch in about 2 or 3 weeks from the date we receive it.
How will my watch be returned to me?
Your watch will be returned to you using Federal Express ground transportation.
If you address contains a P.O box, or is International, your repair/replacement part
will be returned via "Insured Mail" through the U.S. Postal
Service.
